Almost everyones looking forward to it - but what IS it? What are the advantages of having a Territory? And what do u have to fight? If you know anything about TW, just post it here

Ok, here's the one for PWI http://pwi.perfectworld.com/guide/territory . Didn't read it yet but I don't think it provides a lot of new information, but at least the correct time (whichever timezone it is).
